Tina

My name is Tina  – I have enjoyed a long and varied career in clinical research for almost 40 years. I have run large and small teams in the UK National Health Service (NHS), pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organisations – some small, some start-up companies and several global corporate entities – always focused on developing new medicines. I have a strong track record in managing change, continuous process improvement and driving growth through strategic leadership. 

Additionally, I am a Non-Executive Director and/or Trustee on four Boards, chairing one, working for professional development, career guidance, mental health or local partnership for Advice.

I am excited to be a part of Naturally Tribal Nigeria and to actively support its aims, including to bring opportunity to the people of Nigeria involved in this business. My recent visit motivated me to help to change the way they engage in this industry and bring a more sustainable and rewarding way of life to the women of Essan.
