Dave

My name is Dave – I am a dynamic and proactive manager who in 1996 out bid competition and bought a subsidiary of Chloride Electrical and established a co-operative of shareholder/employees. I led the company to achieve BSI 5750 parts one (manufacturer) and part two (design) and was recognised by the then D.T.I. as well as won orders from the M.O.D. 

Following this I moved to the City of Wolverhampton College to win Government training contracts for re-skilling unemployed people and women returners. I became the college lead on Verification and Assessment, designed the college handbook for all staff engaged in verification. As quality manager I instigated a traffic light system which rated college quality and performance following visits and audits by external bodies.

After leaving the college, my partner and I bought a Tearoom/restaurant and turned it into a profitable business which achieved 5 * ratings on TripAdviser and 5* ratings for Food and Hygiene and customer service.

I have a passion for people, a passion for quality, process improvement and upskilling – all of which I bring to Naturally Tribal in support of the company’s aims and objectives.
